Hello, my name is Zahed Al-Hajji and I am currently a senior in Biomedical Engineering, specializing in Cell and Tissue Engineering. I am also a pre-medical student, hoping to attend medical school after completing my undergraduate degree. This is my 1st full year with EXPO, as last year I participated as a volunteer during the 2 days of the event.
As Speakers Chair, I am responsible for reaching out to guest speakers to potential set up talks, shows and events for the visitors during the day of the EXPO. This involves networking with professors from UW-Madison as well as other individuals and organizations interested.
Outside of EXPO and the classroom, I enjoy playing soccer, watching Netflix and spending time with friends and family.
