INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP

The Engineering EXPO technology exhibition has become the largest student-run event of its kind across the nation. Since 1940, engineering students have run EXPO to showcase student and industry exhibits, along with several robotics and design competitions. The next Engineering EXPO will be held April 11th and 12th.

EXPO is an excellent opportunity to gain visibility for your organization and build a relationship with the community. Your company will be a strong pillar in supporting various fields of engineering and its students, and industries will have the opportunity to demonstrate and promote its own innovative products, designs, and research to over 10,000 UW students, faculty members, local K-12 students, and members of the general public. Companies such as Ford, John Deere, 3M, Isthmus Engineering, Google, Epic and Caterpillar have all been a part of the Engineering EXPO tradition.

If you have any questions or are looking for more detailed information regarding how your company can participate in EXPO 2025, please contact us at industry@engineeringexpo.wisc.edu.

Important notes:

• Exhibiting at the EXPO is limited to partners falling within the Silver Level and above (partner levels are shown below).
• Companies are encouraged to attend EXPO for both days however, 1-day exhibits are accommodated, upon request
• Additionally, while Engineering EXPO is not a formal recruiting event, participation will help your company effectively connect with bright and enthusiastic engineering students across all disciplines.
• To have your logo featured on our volunteer shirts, you commit to partnership by March 7th, 2025. While we will still accept partners after this deadline, we cannot guarantee your logo on our shirts.

Public Donation
