INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP

The Engineering EXPO technology exhibition has become the largest student-run event of its kind across the nation. Since 1940, engineering students have run EXPO to showcase student and industry exhibits, along with several robotics and design competitions. The next Engineering EXPO will be held April 17th and 18th, 2026.

EXPO is an excellent opportunity to gain visibility for your organization and build a relationship with the community. Your company will be a strong pillar in supporting various fields of engineering and its students, and industries will have the opportunity to demonstrate and promote its own innovative products, designs, and research to over 10,000 UW students, faculty members, local K-12 students, and members of the general public. Companies such as Ford, John Deere, 3M, Isthmus Engineering, Google, Epic and Caterpillar have all been a part of the Engineering EXPO tradition.

Important notes:

• Exhibiting at the EXPO is limited to partners falling within the Silver Level and above (partner levels are shown below).
• Companies are encouraged to attend EXPO for both days however, 1-day exhibits are accommodated, upon request
• Additionally, while Engineering EXPO is not a formal recruiting event, participation will help your company effectively connect with bright and enthusiastic engineering students across all disciplines.
• To have your logo featured on our volunteer shirts, you must commit to partnership by March 1st, 2026. While we will still accept partners after this deadline, we cannot guarantee your logo on our shirts.

Dear friends and supporters of STEM education, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming Engineering EXPO, a showcase of the exciting and innovative world of engineering. Our goal is to provide a fun and educational experience for students and families, and inspire the next generation of engineers and scientists. If you are interested in supporting this cause, we are now accepting public donations as well. Your generosity will help us create a truly memorable and impactful event, accessible and inclusive for all.

You may follow the same steps to submit a donation, of any amount you would like, below as an industry member.  Please fill out the public pledge form after submitting public donations.
