Hey, I’m Patrick! I’m originally from Green Bay, WI. I am a first-year Master’s Researcher at UW-Madison in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am researching power converter topologies in the Wisconsin Electric Machines and Power Electronics Consortium (WEMPEC) Lab.
This is my third year with EXPO! I am serving as one of the Executive Chairs after being chair of the Student Exhibits committee previously. As an executive, I oversee the Student Exhibits, Publicity, and Speaker committees. My favorite part of EXPO is seeing the middle schoolers excited about all the cool exhibits, and hearing them say EXPO is their favorite field trip.
Outside of EXPO, I enjoy playing board games, reading, Rubik’s speedcubing, and am a big fan of Star Wars and The Legend of Zelda.
