Hi! My name is Jesseree Reyes and I am a junior majoring in Industrial Engineering. I am recently from Minnesota, but I’ve also lived in Texas, Singapore, and the Philippines.
I volunteered for EXPO my freshman year, was a Volunteers Co-Chair last year, and I am now a Schools Co-Chair! My favorite part about EXPO is seeing how the children enjoy and interact with the activities made for them; it is rewarding to see how simple activities add to their smiles.
As a Schools Co-Chair, I share the responsibility for inviting and coordinating the schools that come to EXPO on Schools Day. This process includes reaching out to schools, managing the lottery selection process, consistently communicating with the school representatives, and organizing logistics for the days of EXPO (such as scheduling and transportation).
Outside of EXPO, I enjoy playing volleyball, going to the Farmer’s Market, and relaxing at the Terrace. If you have any questions, please reach out to schools@engineeringexpo.wisc.edu!
