Heidi Schwertfeger

Hi! My name is Heidi Schwertfeger, and I’m a junior majoring in Chemical and Biological Engineering. I grew up in the Madison area and always loved going to the science-related events on campus. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to give back and inspire the next generation to consider engineering!

This is my third year with EXPO and my second year as the Outdoor Logistics chair. I’m responsible for coordinating any activities happening outside, working with UW-Madison and the City of Madison to get permission for the usage of outdoor spaces, and organizing the buses on Schools Day that bring students to our event.

Outside of EXPO, I enjoy baking, hiking, and gardening.
