My name is Shane Walker, and I am one of the Volunteers Co-Chairs. I am currently a freshman majoring in biomedical engineering hoping to follow the bioinstrumentation or cell and tissue engineering track. My favorite thing about EXPO is being able to provide a fun and enriching experience for kids across the state and seeing them have genuine interest and curiosity in the activities.
As a Volunteers Co-Chair, I work with my co-chair to find, organize, and schedule all of the volunteers who help run the event. This is my first year being a part of EXPO and I am super excited.
Outside of EXPO, I love to learn new instruments, explore new locations with friends, and play badminton!
